Located on the hill of the small village of Fontanilles, 290m from Mas Vermell.

Ground floor apartment, all on the same level, 100m2 of housing, 30m2 of terrace. Parking and large garden.

It has 1 suite with a 180 cm double bed, with bathroom
inside, a room with 2 single beds or a 180cm double bed (you can choose) and a shared bathroom.

Both rooms with
direct access to the terrace/garden.
Fully equipped American kitchen, open to the dining room and living room.

Wifi, air conditioning, gas barbecue and bicycles for riding.

Capacity for 4 people. If desired, the first floor can be opened, with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and living room. Additional cost ask at reception.

Saltwater pool at 290m shared with other apartments.

Casa Vinyanova is not prepared to accommodate pets.

Basic rules of the accommodation (Failure to comply with these rules may lead to the immediate cancellation of the stay without refund of the amount)

Maximum capacity: 4 people. In no case can this number be exceeded.

Visits must be requested in advance and must be accepted.

It is not allowed to organize parties, celebrations, lunches or meetings of any kind.

The use of the house, garden and pool is exclusive to the people included in the reservation.

The house is a quiet space: a moderate noise level must be maintained during the day and silence must be respected between 9 pm and 9 am.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house (Law 42/2010).

Responsible use of the facilities is requested. Any damage must be paid in full.
