Booking conditions



CANCELLATION POLICY
– In case of cancellation of the reservation, the amount of the payment and signal, will remain in deposit so that the client can re-book within 1 year.
– In the event that the cancellation occurs 20 days before the arrival of the clients, the payment and signal will be lost.
– If for any reason, the clients had to leave the house before the scheduled date, they must pay 100% of the contracted amount.


TAXES
– (10%) (I.V.A) included in the price of the apartment.
– TOURIST TAX: not included in the price: €0.66/person/night. Over 16 years, up to 7 nights. Payment in the final invoice.


ARRIVAL (CHECK-IN) DEPARTURE (CHECK-OUT)
– The entrance (check-in) in the apartment is made from 4:00 p.m. and until 9:00 p.m.
– The departure (check-out) of the apartment is made before 12 noon.
– For any change of arrival or departure time, it must be notified.


ABILITY
– The house and its interior and exterior facilities are for the exclusive use of guests. If you want to increase the number of people occupying the apartment (as long as it does not exceed its capacity), you must notify reception, which will indicate if it is possible and the amount to be paid per person.


DURING THE STAY
– The accommodation will have all kitchen utensils, bed linen and bath towels.
- Animals are not permitted.
– The apartments are quiet, with a family atmosphere; During the day, noise, music or other sound elements must be kept at a relaxed level so as not to disturb other guests. After 10 p.m. the atmosphere must be silent.
– Guests are asked to use the facilities responsibly. In case of vandalism or reckless use of these, the owners reserve the right of admission.
– The owners reserve the right to review the accommodation before the departure of the guests.
– The cleaning of the apartments for long stays is done once a week: change of sheets and towels, cleaning of the apartment. However, the client can request cleaning services or change of sheets and towels whenever he considers it necessary by paying a supplementary fee.
– In case of malfunction or breakage of any element, the client must notify the reception of the apartments.
